The TraRon Center was founded in 2017 by Ryane Nickens, a native Washingtonian raised in Ward 8. With a vision to provide a safe, supportive space for affected members of the community to express themselves, such that it fosters an environment of openness, honesty, and critical reflection on the factors contributing to gun violence in our communities.
